1. Citrus body butter

How to prepare-

Whip together half a cup of coconut oil (refrigerated for an hour) and two teaspoons of honey.

You have your personal citrus fragrant body butter ready with the goodness of coconut oil and honey.

2. Choco lip balm

How to prepare-

Place the beeswax and coconut oil in a moderate microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.Carefully take away the bowl from the microwave and stir. Continue doing so until everything is melted and liquifies. Add the cocoa powder, and mix together, well. Transfer to the lip tubes or container that you wish to use, and allow it to put up for about an hour. Apply it twice a day or whenever you feel your lips dry. 

3. Coconut hair serum

Coconut oil moisturizes dry hair. It adds luster, shine and softness to the hair. Coconut oil also prevents hair breakage and split ends, making hair grow faster. 

Vitamin E promotes healthy scalp and hair as it has natural antioxidant effects that could help with prolonging hair growth. The vitamin’s antioxidant properties also assist in reducing the amount of oxidative stress and free radicals that cause the hair follicle cells in a person’s scalp to break down.

 

How to prepare-

Put aloe vera gel in a blender and blend it well. 

Next, add the rose water, coconut oil and vitamin E oil in it. Blend again until the mixture gets smooth.

Carefully, pour the mixture in a spritz bottle and add 12 drops of jasmine essential oil into it. 

Close the bottle and shake well to mix uniformly. 

And that’s it! Your DIY hair serum for shiny smooth hair is ready.

4. Rosewater lemon facemask

Lemon has antibacterial properties and may help make the skin dry and tight. Rose water is definitely an antiseptic and a fantastic cleanser and toner which provides you with clean and fresh skin. Glycerin will hydrate the skin. This is a perfect face mask to treat acne, acne scars and pimples.

How to prepare-

Mix equal portions of rose water, glycerin and lemon juice and apply on the face. Leave for 20 minutes and wash off. You can store this lotion in the freezer for daily skin care routine. Keep it in a glass bottle.
